Customers using Titan/Cornerstone as a backup solution for their CISCO environment may report that the CISCO device fails to connect, or fails to backup, to the Titan/Cornerstone server.


After working with many customers we have ascertained that the problem usually results from an invalid, or expired, SSH host key being cached on the CISCO ISE or other device/appliance. To correct the issue, you will need to re-cache, ie re-trust, the Titan/Cornerstone server's public ssh host key.
