If you receive a Connect Failed error when trying to connect/map a drive, and there is no additional information with the error message: 


1) Is the program properly activated? Help/Info --> License Information --> Activate License. If not, please activate the software and then try again.

2) Was the computer restarted after last installing/updating the software, as required? If not, please restart the computer and then try again

3) Is the WebDriveService running? Open Task Manager and go to the Services tab and check for WebDriveService. If it is Stopped, please right-click and choose to Start the service and then try again.
