Log in problem occurs on 1 user via FTP protocol, but has no issue when using SFTP protocol.

Password has already been reset and confirmed to be correct.

This was working before, however suddenly issue occurs.

No changes has been done.

See below error encountered:

Status: Resolving address of FTPOHA.OHA.COM

Status: Connecting to

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...

Response: 220 Titan FTP Server 18.00.3329 Ready.

Command: USER (OHA)

Response: 331 User name okay, need password.

Command: PASS *******

Response: 530 Not logged in.

Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Any solution to this issue?
