Some of our users who use Windows 10 laptops suddenly cannot connect to their webdrive account since today.
The log shows an error regarding the handshake.
Even when I install the latest version of the webdrive client, some difference.
Strangely, when I try to connect Webdrive from my own Windows 10 laptop, I have no problem with their accounts. But my laptop does NOT update Windows automatically.
Anyone has had this problem recently?
Is there a solution?
