WebDRIVE is incorrectly reporting a 0KB quota on our WebDAV server. See image attached. What could be wrong?
It is possible the WebDAV server either does not report a disk quota, or it is not enabled on the server. It's also possible that the server reports the disk quota in a way that WebDrive does not understand.
I'd recommend clicking on your site connection in WebDrive and then going to Site Properties --> Basic File Settings and choosing to disable (turn off) the setting for "Enable Quota Processing", and then try connecting to your site again.
