Webdrive keeps losing connection to Dropbox

I use Webdrive at work to access my Dropbox account (our server setup means the desktop Dropbox client causes huge problems, so IT services have banned it). Although Webdrive connects without problems and although we have a very fast Internet connection, whenever I try to use Windows explorer to find my files, I get an error that say that "W:\Documents" (i.e. my mapped Dropbox) refers to a location that is no longer available. However, if I use my web browser (Chrome) to access Dropbox, I can find the files easily. I assume there's something wrong with the way that I have set up the Dropbox site in Webdrive, but cannot figure out what. Any ideas?
