File handle value appears in first file transferred by scheduled SFTP-job

When we use SSH/SFTP to transfer a number of csv-files by a scheduled task, the first file transferred in the session is corrupted. When we open the file in f.i. Notepad++ we see about every 35.700 characters a string of characters added. In that string is the value of the file handle of the file being transferred. If we send the same file again within the same session, or another file, the transferred file is correct. We use MirthConnect 3.2 as client and Titan as receiving server. It seems as if the client or the server is not ready yet for the file transfer after the opening of the session.
