When connected to the webdrive, click to open, and then it says folder is empty. I have restarted, disconnected and reconnected. It only affects our windows 10 computers using the 2016 version of the webdrive.
Sometimes a Windows 10 Update knocks keys from the registry. Sometimes a key that is important for WebDrive is removed. Please install WebDrive again and then restart your computer. You do not need to Uninstall first.
I have the same issues, every ftp I connect to says folder is empty, reinstalling didn't work and clearing cache didn't work
Ended up fixing this problem by setting file permissions on the logs folder (go to Help/Info) then logging tab "Folder to store log files in" find that folder and set full control permissions for your user
